9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Rhododendron Spur
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - All officers called to Brigade Headquarters for final instructions. First Party to leave tonight, Seven Officers and 150 Other Ranks marched out from this Regiment at 2200. All officers and men in trenches. Officers on 6 hour shifts, Post stood to arms from 0500 to 0730. Scouts reported all quiet in front. Enemy working.

9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Bir el Malha
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Siekmann, Major TA; Bleechmore, Captain C; Pender, Lieutenant WS; and, Nelson, Lieutenant AH, reported back from Cavalry School of Instruction. Three Other Ranks transferred to Royal Flying Corps. Ayliffe, Lieutenant SH; and, three Other Ranks reported to the Camel Transport Corps for instructional purposes.
