3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 21st Reinforcement, embarked from Melbourne, Victoria on board RMS Mooltan 22 August 1916.
The RMS Mooltan weighed 9,621 tons with an average cruise speed of 18.5 knots or 34.26 kmph. It was owned by the P & O SN Co, London. Torpedoed and sunk by UC27 on 26 July 1917.

14861 Private Francis BOWDEN, a 28 year old Grocer from North Fitzroy, Victoria. He enlisted on 1 September 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 June 1919.
14862 Private Charles Alexander McCUBBIN, a 23 year old Storeman from Brunswick, Victoria. He enlisted on 4 September 1915; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 22 December 1918.
14863 Private Percy Richmond STEVENSON, a 21 year old Labourer from East Ballarat, Victoria. He enlisted on 15 July 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 June 1919.
