3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 22nd Reinforcement, embarked from Melbourne, Victoria on board HMAT A65 Clan MacEwen 9 October 1916.
The HMAT A65 Clan Macewen weighed 5,140 tons with an average cruise speed of 15 knots or 27.78 kmph. It was owned by the Cayser, Irvin and Co, Glasgow, and leased by the Commonwealth until 14 April 1917.

15566 Private Henry William CAMPBELL, a 22 year old Clerk from Albert Park, Victoria. He enlisted on 7 March 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 January 1919.
15567 Private Robert McAllister KERR, a 21 year old Clerk from Middle Park, Victoria. He enlisted on 22 November 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 June 1919.
15568 Private Richard TREVORROW, a 23 year old Joiner from Malvern, Victoria. He enlisted on 22 November 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 14 March 1919.
