4th Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 7th Reinforcement, embarked Brisbane, Queensland on board HMAT A50 Intonus 30 December 1915.
The HMAT A50 Itonus weighed 5,340 tons with an average cruise speed of 12 knots or 22.22 kmph. It was owned by the British India SN Co Ltd, London. The Itonus was torpedoed and sunk in the Mediterranean, 20 December 1916.

6526 Private Wilfred Howard GILL, an 18 year old Draughtsman from Red Hill Ipswich, Queensland. He enlisted on 16 August 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 12 July 1919.
6524 Private Arthur Martin HARDIE, a 24 year old Wood machinist from Clayfield, Queensland. He enlisted on 4 August 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 May 1919.
6522 Driver Arthur Vaughan LEAMON, a 30 year old Ambulance man from St George, Queensland. He enlisted on 3 August 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 11 May 1919.
6521 Driver Wilfred McKEY, a 21 year old Farmer from Kyogle, New South Wales. He enlisted on 13 August 1915; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 21 July 1917.
6523 Private John TIGHE, a 23 year old Rail officer from Mitchell, Queensland. He enlisted on 23 June 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 5 April 1919.
