9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Mudros Harbour
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Reveille on HMS Mars at 0500. Officers assembled and orders read regarding disembarkation. 3rd Light Horse Brigade party to go aboard transport "Beltana" by lighters "Sea Prince" and "Crosswrite". All aboard the transport by 1200.

9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Bir el Malha
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Brigade moved out from Bir el Malha. The strength of Regiment being: 23 Officers; 464 Other Ranks; and, 539 horses. The Regiment arrived at Bir Eit Gympie 1700. Moved at 2300 and marched to Hill 110 Sq G2 Map El Arish.
