1st Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 21st Reinforcement, embarked from Sydney, New South Wales on board RMS Mooltan 19 August 1916.
The RMS Mooltan weighed 9,621 tons with an average cruise speed of 18.5 knots or 34.26 kmph. It was owned by the P & O SN Co, London. Torpedoed and sunk by UC27 on 26 July 1917.

14826 Private Austin PRICE, a 22 year old Farmer from Kinchela, New South Wales. He enlisted on 24 December 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 June 1919.
14825 Private John Russell RUGG, an 18 year old Stockman from Stanmore, New South Wales. He enlisted on 8 January 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 28 January 1919.
14827 Private Abraham SMOISHEN, a 21 year old Tailor from Marrickville, New South Wales. He enlisted on 3 January 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 28 January 1919.
