4th Light Horse Field Ambulance

4th Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 1st Reinforcement, embarked Brisbane, Queensland on board HMAT A7 Medic on 2 June 1915 and then re-embarked at Adelaide, South Australia on board HMAT A30 Borda 16 June 1915.
The HMAT A30 Borda weighed 11,136 tons with an average cruise speed of 14 knots or 25.92 kmph. It was owned by the P & O SN Co, London, and leased by the Commonwealth until 10 September 1917.

3864 Private Cormac John KENNY, a 22 year old Motor mechanic from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 8 May 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 6 May 1919.
3866 Private William McMULLIN, a 22 year old Labourer from Paddington via Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 25 May 1915; and subsequently Died of Disease, 28 January 1917.
3861 Driver Frank Ironstone NICHOLLS, a 24 year old Stockman from Flowerdale, Tasmania. He enlisted on 25 March 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 4 January 1919.
3862 Driver Thomas Walter PATCH, a 32 year old Farmer from Adelaide, South Australia. He enlisted on 29 March 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 5 July 1919.
3863 Private John Arthur REYNOLDS, a 25 year old Clerk from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 11 May 1915; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 14 December 1918.
3865 Private Ernest THORPE, a 20 year old Labourer from Warwick, Queensland. He enlisted on 24 May 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 3 July 1919.
Dr Captain Geoffrey Hampden VERNON, a 32 year old Doctor from North Sydney, New South Wales. He enlisted on 4 March 1915; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 12 July 1918.
