3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 5th Reinforcement, embarked from Melbourne, Victoria on board HMAT A20 Hororata 17 April 1915.
The HMAT A20 Hororata weighed 9,400 tons with an average cruise speed of 14 knots or 25.92 kmph. It was owned by the New Zealand Shipping Co Ltd, London, and leased by the Commonwealth until 11 September 1917.

Embarkation Roll
3001 Private Reginald Noel LeFEBVRE, a 21 year old Dental mechanic from Albert Park, Victoria. He enlisted on 3 February 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 7 July 1919.
3000 Private Ralph Parkinson SMALL, a 21 year old Clerk from Sandringham, Victoria. He enlisted on 17 February 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 29 April 1919.
3002 Private Colin STUART, a 25 year old Rough rider from Melbourne, Victoria. He enlisted on 2 November 1914; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 23 August 1917.
