2nd Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 19th Reinforcement, embarked from Sydney, New South Wales on board RMS Mongolia 8 July 1916.
The RMS Mongolia weighed 4,892 tons with an average cruise speed of 12 knots or 22.22 kmph. It was owned by the Indian & Peninsular St. Nav Co Ltd Glasgow. Torpedoed and sunk on 21 July 1918.

Embarkation Roll
14436 Private William Henry BEASANT, a 24 year old Machinist from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 5 January 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 May 1919.
14437 Private Alfred Edmund PAYNE, a 22 year old Loco fireman from Maryborough, Queensland. He enlisted on 11 April 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 19 August 1919.
14438 Private William Leslie WALKER, a 20 year old Clerk from Red Hill, Queensland. He enlisted on 28 February 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 28 June 1919.
